Hydraulic power packs
BIBUS carries out the development, production and sale of hydraulic power packs of any complexity and modifications. Hydraulic power packs can be designed and equipped with the necessary hydraulic components, depending on the customer's requirements, based on technical specifications, developed jointly with our specialists and pre-agreed with the client.
Hydraulic components for our hydraulic power packs we buy only in the EU, directly from the manufacturer, which gives us the right to speak about their acceptable price and excellent quality.
Tanks for hydraulic power packs are made on the territory of Belaruse, and before shipment to the customer passes the test control in accordance with the requirements of existing standards.
Automation of hydraulic power packs is performed at the request of the Customer.
Contract supervision and commissioning of hydraulic power packs is performed on the customer's request.
Hydraulic power packs made by BIBUS can be divided into the following types:
- MINI - power packs,
- Standard power packs.
MINI - power packs
It is a small hydraulic unit with built-in hydraulic pump in the tank, with set of required control valves, filters, oil coolers and other necessary hydraulic equipment.
The main technical parameters:
- Motor power from 0.55 kW to 6.0 kW.
- Oil consumption to 30l/min,
- Pressure up to 250 bar,
- Tank capacity 50 liters,
- Tank material: plastic, steel, aluminum.
- Powder paint in the desired color in accordance with the wishes of the customer
Mini - oil station are widely used in small mobile and industrial hydraulic systems.
Standard power packs
It is a hydraulic system with a built-in hydraulic pump in the tank or with pump, which mounted on the tank and with all the necessary set of control valves, filters and other necessary hydraulic equipment.
The main technical parameters:
- power from 2.2 kW and higher,
- oil flow up to 500 l/min,
- pressure up to 420 bar,
- tank capacity up to 5000 liters,
- tank material: construction steel, stainless steel,
- powder paint in the desired color in accordance with the wishes of the customer.
Hydraulic power packs are widely used in mobile and in stationary (industrial) hydraulics - in modern machines and presses, in the equipment used in metallurgy, mining, wood processing industry, paper-processing factories, as well as in special equipment and vehicles used in construction and agriculture.
