Increase of the Energy capacity from ACE MAGNUM shock absorber

As you may know the energy ratings of our shock absorbers are often below the competition.

Considering that that these days a lot of calculations are made online, it will give the result to the customer  that our competitor online calculations will offer smaller and cheaper shock absorbers than our program shows.

We have made a lot of tests with our and with the MAGNUM shock absorbers of the competition and know and measured that we have much higher safety factors as our completion has. Due to these safety factors, the reliability of the shock absorbers is often better as expected.

Reducing the safety factor will reduce the life time, for that reason we started last year different tests to evaluate how far  we can

increase the energy.

The result is that we can increase on most shock absorbers the energy of approximate 10% without having any negative effect on life  time or for complains.
